DOUBLE BILL The Dumb Waiter & The Lover

By Harold Pinter

Two classic plays. One unforgettable evening. Step into the unsettling and darkly comic world of Harold Pinter, one of Britain's greatest playwrights. The Dumb Waiter follows two hitmen waiting in a dingy basement room for instructions that never quite make sense. As tension mounts and questions go unanswered, paranoia and unease begin to take hold. The Lover explores a seemingly ordinary marriage with an extraordinary secret. What begins as playful roleplay gradually reveals deeper truths about desire, identity and human relationships. Packed with Pinter's trademark wit, menace and razor-sharp dialogue, these two acclaimed one-act plays create an evening that is both gripping and thought-provoking. A compelling double bill of mystery, tension and psychological intrigue. **Content warning: Contains adult themes, implied violence and some strong language. Suitable for ages 14+.** Please note: Doors will open at 7pm for evening performances and 2pm for matinees, to allow our volunteers and cast time to prepare the theatre. If you arrive earlier, you may be asked to wait outside. Thank you for your understanding.**
