Rossendale 2nd Scout Band Charity Night

The performance of Inspector Drake and the Perfekt Crime on Tuesday 9th June at 7.30pm will help raise funds to support The Rossendale 2nd Scout Band, who have been bringing music to the Rossendale area and further afield since 1963. Originally a drum and trumpet band it grew and expanded and now has 4 bands training players from age 5 upwards. The Senior band plays to a high standard and has performed both in locations in the UK and abroad, as well as alongside several professional brass bands, such as Black Dyke. The band is financed by local donations and proceeds from this performance will contribute to maintaining this local treasure.
